These terms apply when you play Degen Dungeon at degen-dungeon.com or through the Solana dApp Store app. Degen Dungeon is run by the Degen Dungeon developer ("we"). By playing you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
A free game, provided as is
Degen Dungeon is free to play. There are no purchases, subscriptions or ads. The game, the leaderboard and cloud saves are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, reset, pause or end any part of the game (including leaderboards and saved progress) at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by law.
Not financial advice. No tokens sold.
Degen Dungeon does not sell, issue, promote or give away any cryptocurrency, token or NFT. In-game coins have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn. Nothing in the game is financial or investment advice. Signing in with a wallet only signs a login message: the game never asks for a transaction.
Community fan-made game
Degen Dungeon is a community fan-made game featuring meme characters. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the BONK, WIF, POPCAT, FARTCOIN or MEW communities or any token issuer. Character names and likenesses belong to their respective communities and creators. If you hold rights in something shown in the game and want it changed, email [email protected].
Accounts
Signing in is optional. You are responsible for the wallet or Discord account you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time from the in-game sign-in sheet; see the Privacy Policy.
Leaderboard names and acceptable use
Leaderboard handles are public. Your handle must not:
- contain slurs, hate speech, sexual content, harassment or threats;
- impersonate another person, creator, project, brand or token issuer, or suggest an endorsement that doesn't exist;
- be spam or advertising, including links, tickers, contract addresses or promotions;
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
You also agree not to cheat, tamper with scores, abuse the API, automate play, or disrupt the game or other players.
Moderation. Any player can report a name or block it on their own device. We may hide, rename (for example to Degen_####) or remove any name or score, and suspend accounts, at our discretion and without notice, including names hidden automatically after several reports.
Feedback
If you send feedback or ideas, you let us use them to improve the game without owing you anything.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
